Taco Plate Torque

What's the torque spec on those two little bolts that hold the taco plate to the block?

5 ftlbs...or...60 inchlbs. if you have an inch lb. torque wrench.

Is the taco plate torque also 5 ftlbs for a 2.0L vanagon?
