May as well replace all your fuel lines while you're down there. Much better than having a fire take out a newly rebuilt engine. As for the electrical, you can invest in some heavy gauge wire and redo all of the grounds if you are feeling ambitious. Since the motor hasn't been run in awhile, it may be a good idea to go through the carbs as well.
