It is never too late! Post pictures!Kirk Knighton wrote:Sorry I am so late in responding to this, but I only just now discovered this forum, just today. Now, as to this car on Bainbridge Island, THAT WAS ME!!!! But by now the picture is gone so I don't know which one of my type-4s I had on the island that day. I have three of them: a 1974 red 412 wagon, a 1974 silver blue 412 fastback, and a 1971 yellow 411 wagon. I hope I'm not too late with my reply!!!

Re: car on Bainbridge Island
Up, up the long, delirious, burning blue, I’ve topped the wind-swept heights with easy grace. Where never lark, or even eagle flew. And, while with silent, lifting mind I've trod, The high untrespassed sanctity of space, Put out my hand, and touched the face of God.

So nobody has posted here for over two years...I still have my three Type-4s. I'll see if I can upload some pictures...nah, they're too big for this site. Well, I have three of these cars, and it's a lonely hobby, let me tell you.

Re: car on Bainbridge Island
Crap, I don't know what happened to those type 4 pics as it seems Photobucket deleted them from my pics album along with some others.
I am trying to find the pics in my backup drive that isn't organized at all....

Re: car on Bainbridge Island
Man that would be great to see! Like I said I have three of these cars so I've been wondering which one you saw me driving that day on Bainbridge. Do you remember the color of it?
