What is this?

Post by omacdon2 » Sun Jul 12, 2020 5:55 pm

I'm going through a bunch of extra camper parts I have and found this. I believe it's a child's cot but my bus came with another tan child's cot so I'm not sure. Anyone know what it is?
Thanks in advance!

Looks like a cot for the ground, nothing to do with being in a bus. The skinny bent rods are the legs, the tubes are the frame that goes down the sides of the cloth.
Truth is like poetry.
And most people fucking hate poetry.

I just uploaded a bunch of Original VW Bus Camper interior parts to The Samba at https://www.thesamba.com/vw/classifieds ... e=omacdon2

I am customizing my own 1972 camper bus and won't be needing these pieces but I want them to go to a good home!
Thanks for checking it out :)

I think you're right. I got two of those (for free!) at a yard "sale" given by a neighbor, and am holding on to them to give to a charity for their annual rummage sale. They're comfortable enough, but a bitch to get in or out of unless you're the kind of limber kids we all used to be.
