I saw one of those, the earlier model, long ago at a trailhead parking lot. I took a good look inside through the windows, and concluded my father's '69 Westy was far superior. Very interesting conversion, but kind of clunky looking to me.

I love that the ad has old photos of other li'l buggers. I wonder where he found all of those. One thing I'm confused about... were they kits for do-it-yourselfers? Or made by a small company? or both?

OK I must admit that I think these things are fugly. :pukeleft: Seems like something a redneck turned hippie from rural West Virginia would like. I guess to each his own but I'll take my Westy anyday.

they are definitely "fugly" as you put it :) westy's are much more attractive and gotta be a lot easier to drive!
