at least they came down $5k from their original price. that crazy van has been up and down on CL since 2013.

I like Volkswagens.
They have engines discretely in the back.
They are air-cooled.
They have exquisite Ferdinand Porsche engineering.
They have beautiful craftsmanship.
They have a signature form-following-function aesthetic.
They have the delightful cab-foward flat floor bay window view.
I already have a Volkswagen (that is currently running well).

That is an interesting vehicle . . .

I am glad that thing died. The Rabbit/Golf was a worthy mature successor to the Beetle.
If that VW citroen wannabe had gained traction, we would have lost the reign of Porsche's brilliance all the sooner.
