Something to keep Colin busy this winter...

After seeing Colin's intricate, highly detailed drawings, it conjured up the carvings of Dalton Ghetti and I sent the link over to Colin. Apparently this guy over in Hungary saw Ghetti's work and decided to try to one-up him. http://twistedsifter.com/2013/02/pencil ... rkahegyzo/

Since it sounds like Chloe will be sitting idle this winter, maybe Colin can take up some carving?

Too late.
I am carving 68,798 headliner dots into a birch bark canoe that looks exactly like an upside down 1967 Deluxe VW bus headliner with skylight windows serving as fish observation ports .
Then I am doing a bonzai tree of the wiring behind the dashboard.
Thanks, Ned.

I'm sure it's going to be executed exquisitely....

Colins book? I don't believe it. Known him for years and have not seen this book you speak of.

That's two people in this forum that are telling us that a "book" is forthcoming. Slow but sure as they say, at a snail's pace I'd say. :bootyshake:

I've seen it. It is as beautiful as the green sunset flash that all ocean sailors seek, and as elusive.
