Colin's First Ride!

Post by Sluggo » Fri Sep 15, 2006 6:01 pm

Not that Colin. My Colin!

[albumimg]94[/albumimg]

Took him for his first ride last Sunday. He enjoyed the entire ride. I think he finds sitting over the engine soothing.

I changed the interior panels the next day.

[albumimg]95[/albumimg] [albumimg]96[/albumimg]

I'll be adding carpet tomorrow. Home Depot Dayside Ebony. $4.53 for 6'x1'.

You named your kid Colin? Actually, he looks a bit like Colin. Maybe you should have a talk with you wife...

If he looks like this at 5 you have a problem...

If at 12 he looks like this, oh boy, but at least he has the love.

:geek:
Dug these up when I was searching for preview pages of the skeptics book, good stuff, he looks like a happy kid.

Named him Colin. But not AFTER Colin. That is our running joke however. We always seem to pick the most Irish names possible. Can't get much more Irish than Colin Patrick.

I'm not even irish, yet both my kids have irish sounding names:

Sluggo, I'm sure you've heard this already, but I'm getting a forbidden access screen a lot when I try and look at a lot of the picture...

I am aware of it. It's a problem with the server. Should be taken care of when we transfer.

Next time please PM me rather than post in a thread.

It was kind of sort of related to the post. I couldn't look at the pics of "Colin's first ride".

I think it goes along with babies enjoying sitting on the washer/dryer.

You know I just replaced everything with steel & 900 PSI FI Porsche Fuel Hose. And I'm anal enough to check em' almost everyday.

Now you'll have to keep the Bus up for at least another 16 years.
Doing the math that'd be like my dad taking me for a ride in a Model A Ford when I was his age.

I'd be doing that anyway. Seriously, I don't know what I'll do when I get this one in shape. I'm used to doing 50 things at once.

Oh Man! The guy across the street from my Mom just got the most beautiful blue (original paint!) 911 with 69,000 original miles. Probably the nicest 911 I've ever seen. It saved him from getting jumped on when he recommended I switch to a single Weber Progressive to solve my carb balancing problems.

Would he even give the 914 in your moms driveway the time of day? Some of those guys are pretty snobby....
