If I got a Type 3 Fan and put it on a type 1 Beetle engine will the pulley align with an alternator on the type 1 Alternator Stand?, This is not necessarily for cooling, But just for the "look" because of what I'm driving around on..

No. The Type 3 pulley groove is substantially rearward. There's a whole fan between the crankcase and the pulley.
