Nice, subscribed. I follow the Pig and Ludwig and Bodeswell a couple others... always fun to read. I just started one this summer since I actually got to do some camping with Bumblebus. It's a fun outlet that I mainly write for my Mom & Dad. :rr:

You have a very spare aesthetic over there. I was looking for some florid biography in the "About Us" category.

Where do you work from?
How deep is your part supply chain?
Did I see a master cylinder rebuild kit under Ate?

I try not to flood the blog with daily updates or anything. The vacuum canister is about NOS canisters since I've seen some misleading information. For that, I decided to take one of my stock and show folks exactly what they can expect. I was pleasantly surprised.

There are many ATE kits. You can look by manufacturer: http://www.vwnos.com/ate

Parts supply is a difficult question as there are many different routes for them and for the older parts it is not always straight forward. For my newer parts such as the ones I supply for Bosch, I purchase directly from them.

The ones listed on the site are the last in stock that I have of those models. I do hold back larger quantities of others. That is so I can supply them with fully restored Bosch distributors at a price point less than $150 for the whole setup with distributor, vacuum unit, cap, rotor, condenser, and points.

Dual advance units are above 100. I've changed my site a bit and added a number so people know how many items I have of something.

I also recently bought about 50 new single vacuum units, new and made in Germany, Bosch units.
