Well, you sort of tried to respond, I guess, but it does not rise to level of "explicate". Explicate, in this case, would be to offer a supporting fact.
Not DACA, the laws are pretty clear that the executive branch has a lot of sway over immigration policy. A fact which Democrats were fine with under Obama, but now fight on every front.
It's not a discussion about climate change, it's about constitutional authority. Current immigration policy is discriminatory. First hand documentary evidence proved this. Regardless of any need to change legal immigration policy - current policy is informed by racist rhetoric and that should be morally wrong in anyone's book. Implementation of immigration enforcement is destroying families, causing harm to innocent. law abiding people and is generally cruel.
