Consider and possibly even research the situation in Australia, where a few years ago they went from legal guns to no legal guns. Guess what happened to violent crime?

Their crime rates have increased.

As for here compare the crime rates of states that allow CCW vs states that don't.

This is totally not "fluctuation" nor padded stats. Major crime has plummeted 60%. You call that a "fluctuation", a "padded stat"? Nobody is padding this one, because so many want to claim that crime has gone up!
