Senate Bill 1867, Detain Citizens indefinitely without trial
Has anyone else heard of this?
There are several places on the net you can find out about it from.
Here is one place that popped up with a quick search.

Yeah, it is clear and apparent now, we do have a Criminal Cartel that makes rules to keep itself in power.
It is time we institute a government to protect our natural inherent rights.
We declared independence from a king and stated that governments are instituted to protect our rights we observe from Natural Law. Looks like we need to institute one to protect us from this criminal mob.
Here is what I had to say about it in my blog.

I don't hold back, come and get me.

I'm surprised there was no comments on this.
Here are the new sections in the National Defense Authorization Act that are a concern.
Sections 1031 and 1032, will allow the United States government to imprison any person who commits any act they disagree with indefinitly and without trial. Section 1031 reads, "A covered person under this section" includes, "any person who has committed a belligerent act." All persons accused do not get a trial. The Feinstein Amendment, 1031 e, states that, "nothing in this section shall be construed." The Supreme Court are the only ones with the power to construe laws

When the Lie's so Big.
Privatized prisons are one of this country's fastest growing industries. They know how to look out for themselves and keep the growth robust. Look at the anti-immigration hysteria that they fan, support and encourage. Inmates guarding their keepers.

you know, more and more over the last year I've said how "Doublethink" is so much more alive and rampant than I ever imagined.
Well, after watching that vid, I am saying it again.
Is it really that easy to mess up minds and have people operate in Doublethink? I think so.
It is amazing how Obama said one thing before the elections, things that people sucked up and wanted to hear, and now he speaks like a Global Elite secret society Counsel on Foreign Relations Bankerster man.

More on it from a source many of us like.
http://www.democracynow.org/2011/12/19/ ... _detention#
Obama Prepares to Authorize Indefinite Detention of U.S. Citizens For First Time Since McCarthy Era–Glenn Greenwald on NDAA
So, that is it. What are we to do?
We now must band together to from a government to protect us. What once was no longer is and we the people need to institute a government to protect our rights. We need to protect ourselves from these elite mobsters, some go under the heading of Democrat and Republican and claim positions or titles of Senators and Congressman. They are violating our inherent rights and there seems to be no government left to protect us from these men calling themselves congressmen and senators. So we must band together and protect ourselves from them.

The real test will come when somebody gets afoul of this new statute and appeals his case to the federal courts. The statute is so counter to the judicial process as defined by the Bill of Rights that I doubt that it would survive a constitutional challenge ... unless that formerly "conservative" Supreme Court gets all activist on us.
Unfortunately, I wouldn't put much money on the Supremes throwing the law out of court. Somehow the strict constructionists always seem to find a way to be blind to that principle when it interferes with their own world-view.

I'm actually getting pretty tired of hearing supporters of many things try to justify the BS they support.Velokid1 wrote:I'd love to hear supporters' of this try to justify it.
